Megan, I'm not sure how you planned on setting yours up, but i thought i'd give this a try:
here's the meals i have planned for this week. i'd like to somehow include the recipe's but i'm not sure how without it being horrendously long. any ideas?
7 layer burrito blitz (hungry girl page 117) smothered in green chili sauce (cooking light page 454)
Chicken with white BBQ sauce (cooking light page 451) and slow cooker beans
Fusili with creamy prosciutto and pea sauce (cooking light page 274)
grilled beef tenderloin with chilean cilantro sauce (cooking light page 330)
Famous bowl (hungry girl page 98)
rockin and choppin taco salad (hungry girl page 30)
hacked and whacked santa Fe shrimp supreme (hungry girl page 34)
lunch and sides:
mega dhara (amy's recipe)
tex-mex red and sweet potato salad (weight watchers)
and NO i don't always cook stuff out of cookbooks. i just felt like learning new recipes this week.
