Albino Chili

2 chicken breasts, cubed
1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder (or fresh garlic)
1 Tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
Combine above ingredients in skillet. Heat until chicken is cooked through.

Add:
2 cans white beans (drained and rinsed. I use other kinds of beans, too, and it's still so good)
2 small cans diced green chilies
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. chicken broth

Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add:
1c. sour cream
1/2 whipping cream
Cook until heated through.
(Optional: garnish with cilantro and chips)
